Scope

This standard applies to stainless steel pipes (hereinafter referred to as steel pipes) that are heated both inside and outside the pipe, such as superheater tubes for boilers, heat exchanger tubes, condenser tubes, catalyst tubes for the chemical industry and petroleum industry, etc. But it is not suitable for steel pipes used in heating furnaces.
