- This standard applies to the proper nouns and symbols used in the field of solar photovoltaic (PV) energy systems. A two-step procedure is followed in vocabulary preparation. This standard contains the proper nouns and symbols used in published solar photovoltaic standards. The second step is to add documents to this standard as annexes, and to deal with terminology and terminology from other national or international solar photovoltaic standards and related documents.
