- This standard applies to immunity requirements for electrical and electronic equipment (described below) used in industrial environments. The frequency range required for immunity is 0 Hz to 400 GHz. If there are relevant EMC immunity standards for special products or product families, they should take precedence over this general standard. If there is no relevant product or product family EMC immunity standard, this standard shall apply. This standard applies to devices intended to be connected to high voltage
