- The purpose of this standard is to promote the uniform application of reliable calibration methods for all-sky radiometers, since accurate correction factors are the basis for accurate hemispheric solar radiation data required for solar energy testing applications and simulations. This standard applies to all all-sky radiometer applications in both horizontal and tilted positions. For secondary standards calibrated according to CNS 15033 standard
