This standard specifies the basic requirements, test methods, test procedures, data processing methods and uncertainty estimation of measurement results for the dynamic measurement of radar cross section of air targets. This standard is applicable to the dynamic measurement of the back radar cross-section of aircraft in flight by single-station and narrow-band radar, and can refer to the dynamic measurement of other air targets, dual-station radar cross-section and polarization characteristics.
