- In order to strengthen the management of measurement standards, further standardize the assessment work of measurement standards, ensure the unification of the national measurement unit system and the consistency and accuracy of value transmission, and provide accurate verification and calibration data for national economic and social development and measurement supervision and management. Or the results, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measurement Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Measurement Measures for Measurement Standards", and with reference to the requirements of the International Organization for Legal Metrology (OIML) for measurement standards, this measurement standard assessment specification (hereinafter referred to as the "Specification") is formulated .
