This standard specifies methods for measuring and evaluating the antistatic performance of flooring materials and floors. However, the following cases are not subject to measurement. a) If the floor material or floor is extremely sloped or uneven, and the measuring device cannot operate stably. b) In environments where high humidity or flammable gases are present which may interfere with the electrical insulation of the measuring device. c) If there is a charged object near the measurement environment, which may affect the measurement value.
