This Recommendation describes measurements which are applicable for: Providers' delivery assurance of customers' network performance. Providers to supply performance information for prospective customers. Providers' troubleshooting among their networks along defined paths. Providers' internal indication of performance impact of changes within their networks. Providers' monitoring of each others network performance. Providing information toother NGN components, e.g., RACF, bandwidth broker, OSS/BSS, etc.
