- This specification is applicable to the pole path design of new long-distance and local communication overhead optical (electrical) cable line projects. The pole path design of expansion, reconstruction and other projects shall be implemented with reference to this specification. For the acceptance of overhead optical (electrical) cable communication pole projects, please refer to the relevant provisions of pole projects in D/T 5138-2005 "Code for Acceptance of Local Communication Line Projects".
