Scope: This part of SN/T 1795 stipulates the requirements, inspection and judgment for the import of used tire-type and crawler-type hydraulic excavators (hereinafter referred to as used excavators) under 90 t, used excavators of other specifications, and used hydraulic excavators with bulldozing functions. Excavators, old hydraulic ground drills, old hydraulic log loaders, etc. can be implemented as a reference. The term "old excavator" in this section refers to an excavator that has one of the following conditions: 　——After use, it still has basic functions and a certain use value; 　——It has not been used, but has been stored for too long and has exceeded the quality guarantee period. Or the parts are obviously worn out; 　——New and old parts are mixed; 　——It has been repaired or refurbished.
