- This standard specifies the efficiency measurement of independent power conditioners with constant AC output voltage and constant output frequency, independent power conditioners with DC constant voltage output, and grid-connected power conditioners among power conditioners for photovoltaic power generation systems. Specify the method. Efficiency is calculated by directly measuring input and output power at the factory. Include the isolation transformer, if available. However, the efficiency of this standard covers electrical conversion and does not cover the use of generated heat.
