Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rubber and plastic sealing strips for passenger vehicles (hereinafter referred to as sealing strips). This standard applies to passenger car seals made of rubber, plastic or rubber-plastic blends as the main material. Rubber and plastic sealing strips for commercial vehicles can be used as a reference
