Scope

This standard specifies the measurement methods for the pump liquid reflux rate and heating time of vapor flow vacuum pumps. This standard applies to the following vapor flow vacuum pumps: diffusion pumps, diffusion jet pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps). The working room temperature of the pump is (20±5)°C, and the vapor pressure of the pump working fluid is lower than 100Pa.
