- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of sulfur-coated urea and slow- and controlled-release fertilizers containing sulfur-coated urea. This standard applies to slow- and controlled-release fertilizers that use sulfur as the main wrapping material to wrap granular urea to achieve slow release of nitrogen. Also suitable for slow-release fertilizers containing sulfur-coated urea.
