Scope

This standard specifies the classification and labeling, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of base treatment agents (commonly known as primers or cold base oils) for asphalt-based waterproofing membranes. This standard is applicable to the base treatment agent used in the construction of asphalt-based waterproofing membranes.
