Scope

This part of GB/T 21204 specifies the definitions and test methods for twisted pair or star twisted multi-core symmetrical cables when used in harsh environments. Such cables are used in digital communication systems such as Integrated Services Digital Network (1SDN), local area networks and Data communication systems. This section provides guidelines for the design and testing of such cables.
