Scope

This standard specifies the detection method for methaqualone in feed using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). This standard is applicable to the testing of compound feed, concentrated feed and additive premixed feed. The quantitation limit of the method is 1.5 mg/kg, and the detection limit is 0.5 mg/kg.
