Scope
This standard complements ISO 0043 (all parts) and provides details of appropriate statistical methods to be used by organizers to analyze data obtained from proficiency testing schemes and Provides recommendations for practical use by participants and accredited bodies. This International Standard applies to the demonstration that measurement results obtained by a laboratory do not represent an unacceptable level of evidence of bias. (It can be applied to prove equivalence, but not to prove non-equivalence.) It can be applied to quantitative data, but not to qualitative data.
