- This standard specifies gamma-ray detection type water monitors that measure the radioactive concentration of gamma-ray-emitting nuclides in water in the drainage system of facilities, etc., and issue an alarm when the indicated value exceeds the alarm set value, for the purpose of radiation protection. (hereinafter referred to as monitor).
