Scope

The main species of grassland locusts that this standard applies to include Asian car locust, white-sided scab locust, wrinkled-knee locust, broad-bearded ant locust, hairy-footed club-horned locust, broad-winged curve-backed locust, narrow-winged young locust, and large pointed-winged locust. Locust, Italian locust, Siberian locust, red-shanked locust, Asian migratory locust, Tibetan migratory locust, etc. This standard specifies methods for investigating the grassland locust situation and the environmental conditions in locust areas. This standard applies to grassland locust surveys.
