This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, signs, labels, transportation and storage of coconut fiber fruits. This standard applies to a cellulose gel material made from coconut water or coconut milk (milk) as the main raw material and fermented by Gluconacetobacter xyli-nus. It is used as a raw material for food processing. It can be eaten directly after processing.
