This part specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of plastic switches used in rural household biogas transmission systems. This section applies to housings made of polyethylene (PE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) materials for rural household biogas transmission systems. Switches made of polyethylene (PE) materials and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) materials in this section are not suitable for use in outdoor exposure conditions.
