Scope

This standard specifies the size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of wide and thick steel plates for oil and gas pipelines. This standard is applicable to oil and natural gas transmission longitudinal welded pipes produced in accordance with API SPEC 5L, IS0 3183, GB/T 9711 and other fluid transmission longitudinal welded pipes with a thickness of 6 mm to 40 mm. steel plate.
