Scope

This standard specifies plates (hereinafter referred to as "plates") and strips (hereinafter referred to as "strips") of titanium and titanium alloys that have been annealed after rolling. However, for Type 80, the standards apply to plates and strips that have been subjected to solution heat treatment.
