- This guiding technical document stipulates the treatment methods, chemical cleaning and anti-rust treatment of marine diesel engine pipes (hereinafter referred to as pipes), basic requirements, methods, inspection methods and rules. This guiding technical document is applicable to the chemical cleaning and anti-rust treatment of steel pipes and copper pipes in marine diesel engine fuel piping systems, lubricating oil piping systems, compressed air piping systems and cooling water (seawater, fresh water) piping systems.
