- The water level observation platform defined in this standard includes surface water level observation platform and groundwater level observation platform, which provides the corresponding environment and installation conditions for using relevant water level instruments to measure surface water and groundwater levels. The water level observation platform mainly includes instrument room, well logging and ancillary facilities.
