This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of convenience mustard. This standard is applicable to the convenient mustard made from the pickled vegetables processed from the tuber stems (green cabbage heads) of mustard mustard, which are washed, cut, seasoned, packaged, sealed and sterilized.
