Scope: This standard specifies the test method for the magnetic buoyancy of large-grain bulk oxide superconductors (referred to as bulk superconductors) near the liquid nitrogen temperature (77 K). This standard is applicable to the measurement of the axial magnetic buoyancy force of the cylindrical RE-Ba-Cu-O superconductor prepared by the melt texture growth method, and the diameter of the superconductor is less than or equal to 50 mm. The measurement of the axial magnetic buoyancy and non-axial magnetic buoyancy of cylindrical superconducting blocks with a diameter greater than 50 mm and other superconducting blocks with regular shapes (cube, cuboid, regular hexagonal prism, etc.) can also refer to this standard.
