Scope

This regulation clarifies the requirements for technical documents for delivery of petrochemical construction projects from the start of the project to the handover and acceptance of the project, that is, the design, procurement, construction and testing of the project construction stage. These regulations apply to the compilation, organization and delivery of technical documents for delivery of petrochemical new construction, expansion and reconstruction projects.
