Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of motorcycles and mopeds. This standard applies to all types of motorcycles and mopeds (hereinafter referred to as motorcycles) running on my country's roads.
