- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of office chairs. This standard applies to work chairs used in offices, conference rooms and other places. Chairs with similar uses in other situations can also be implemented as a reference.
