Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, safety requirements, performance requirements and test methods for electronic ballasts for single-ended electrodeless fluorescent lamps below 1000V, powered by 5OHHz AC power supply, and with an operating frequency exceeding the power supply frequency. This standard applies to single-ended electrodeless fluorescent lamps.
