- This part of JB/T 6341 specifies the geometric accuracy and working accuracy inspection methods of steel ball grinding machines and the corresponding tolerances. This section is applicable to vertical and horizontal steel ball grinding machines with grinding wheel diameters of 500mm to 950mm and steel ball diameters of 1.5mm to 50mm. This section only applies to the accuracy inspection of machine tools, and does not apply to the operation inspection of machine tools (such as vibration, abnormal noise, crawling of moving parts, etc.), or the parameter inspection of machine tools (such as speed, feed, etc.). These inspections should be performed before accuracy inspection.
