- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test acceptance and trial operation of evaporative cooling hydrogenerators (power generation/motor) and other basic contents. This standard applies to three-phase 50Hz salient pole vertical synchronous generators (power generation/motors) using evaporative cooling technology for the stator windings directly connected to the water turbine (water pump/water turbine).
