Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of oxidation catalysts used for exhaust purification of diesel vehicles. This standard applies to oxidation catalysts for diesel vehicle exhaust purification that use cordierite honeycomb ceramic materials as carriers and load active components such as rare earths, precious metals or other metals.
