Scope

This standard applies to thermosetting resins and glass fiber reinforcements used in the construction of watercraft with a hull length (LH) of 24 m or less according to ISO 8666. This standard specifies minimum requirements for the material properties of glass reinforcements and resins and reference laminates made from them. Other materials not listed here may be used provided they meet the minimum requirements and properties for laminates associated with this standard.
