Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for lighting equipment (hereinafter referred to as equipment) that uses incandescent lamps (including halogen lamps), fluorescent lamps, and discharge lamps as light sources with a power supply voltage of 250 V or less for use on ships. For matters not specified in this standard, JIS C 5105-1 and JIS C 8105-3 shall apply.
