This standard specifies the sampling, inspection methods and determination of inspection results for imported and exported pickled vegetables. This standard is applicable to the sampling of pickled vegetables, packaging mark inspection, weight inspection, sensory inspection and inspection of microorganisms, physicochemistry, parasite eggs and other items.
