This standard specifies the minimum dose for killing cysticerci in imported and exported irradiated pork and the requirements that specimens should follow before and after irradiation. This standard applies to the irradiation treatment of imported and exported soybeans and pork. This standard does not apply to the irradiation treatment of general meat.
