Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models, performance parameters, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of dry-type iron-core shunt reactors and dry-type air-core shunt reactors, as well as nameplate, marking, packaging, documentation and storage requirements. This standard applies to single-phase and three-phase dry shunt reactors with a voltage level of 6kv to 35kV and a rated frequency of 50Hz, which are connected in parallel in the system and are mainly used to compensate for capacitive current.
