- This standard specifies the preparation and management methods for each series of product models in industrial and mining electric locomotives (hereinafter referred to as electric locomotives), and serves as a unified regulation for determining product models. This standard applies to all types of electric locomotive products used by industrial and mining enterprises. This standard does not apply to electric locomotive products used in coal mines.
