- This standard specifies a format supplementing GB/T 19499-2004/IS0 14976:1998, which is used to generate, expand and modify the data transmission of the surface chemical analysis spectrum database. This format is applied to spectral data from Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS).
