- This part of GB/T 21000 specifies the safety test for commercial refrigerated cabinets used for food sales and display under normal use conditions to prevent mechanical contact accidents through the upper opening of the cabinet using IEC standard test fingers. For the test of accidental electric shock accidents, the relevant standard test of IEC should be adopted.
