Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the content of immunoglobulin IgG in feed by high performance liquid chromatography. This standard applies to the determination of immunoglobulin IgG in compound feed, concentrated feed, and IgG-containing feed ingredients (including plasma protein powder, etc.). The minimum detection limit is 5 μg (sampling 1g, the minimum detection concentration is 5 mg/kg).
