Scope
This standard (refer to GB/T l7421.1) stipulates the geometric accuracy inspection and working accuracy inspection of vertical axis rectangular table surface grinder for general purpose and ordinary precision. This International Standard specifies tolerances for these tests. This standard does not apply to surface grinders with fixed or round tables, nor to surface grinders with longitudinally movable grinding heads. This standard is only used for precision inspection of machine tools, not for operation inspection of machine tools (such as vibration, abnormal noise, crawling of moving parts, etc.), nor for parameter inspection of machine tools (such as speed, feed rate, etc.) , these checks should usually be done before precision testing.
