Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the manufacture and acceptance of precision machining centers. This standard applies to precision machining centers with linear axis strokes up to 2 000 mm. Precision machining centers with a linear axis stroke exceeding 2 000 mm can also be used as a reference.
