Scope: This standard specifies the product classification, inspection requirements, inspection content, inspection methods, and inspection rules for coal mine transportation winches (hereinafter referred to as "winches"). This standard is applicable to winches used to pull mine trucks to transport materials in tunnels with an inclination angle less than 30°C in coal mines. It is not applicable to winches used to lift or transport personnel.
