Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for safety in civil construction of hydropower and water conservancy projects. This standard applies to safety technical management, safety protection and safe construction of civil construction of large and medium-sized hydropower and water conservancy projects. The civil construction of small hydropower and water conservancy projects can be implemented as a reference.
