This part of SN/T 1881 specifies the hygienic requirements for packaging and shelf storage of fresh fruits and vegetables for import and export. This section is applicable to the shelf storage of fresh fruits and vegetables, including shelf storage of fruits and leafy vegetables, stem vegetables, root vegetables, cauliflower, solanaceous fruits, melons, vegetables, beans and fresh edible fungi.
