This part of SN/T 1881 specifies the hygienic specifications for the packaging, transportation and shelf storage of imported and exported liquid dairy products. This section applies to fresh milk or milk powder, plant protein milk (powder), fruit and vegetable juice or sugar as raw materials, with or without the addition of food additives and auxiliary materials, through sterilization, cooling, inoculation of lactic acid bacteria starter, culture and fermentation, and dilution. Transportation and shelf storage of finished active or inactive beverages.
